McKenzie READS! Self-Affirmations Coloring Journal and Dairy

This Self-Affirmation Coloring Journal is geared toward children aged 7 and older. The journal allows children to become aware of their feelings and introduces methods to cope with those feelings. It encourages children to use positive affirmations and journaling as they work through feelings. The concept of mindfulness is also introduced through coloring and educational activity pages. Children are challenged to complete solitary, time sensitive and tranquil activities during times of heighten emotions. Additional activity pages are included to encourage healthy bonding with both family and friends. A 28-day Personal Dairy is included to promote personal self-awareness and positive and healthy thinking.
